[摘要]本文查阅2010年之后当归种植加工方面的文献，以当归中挥发油、多糖、阿魏酸含量为评价指标，对不同的产地、采收时间及加工炮制对当归中挥发油、多糖、阿魏酸含量的影响进行综述及探讨，为进一步阐明当归道地性提供理论依据。
