[摘要]目的 探討物联网射频识别技术在血液成品库管理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2018年12月～2019年9月我院输血科血液成品库中的60袋血液制品，根据其管理方式的不同分组，将采用条码扫描技术进行管理的30袋血液制品纳入对照组，将采用物联网射频识别技术进行管理的30袋血液制品纳入试验组。分析两组管理后一次交叉配血成功率、血袋入库时间、血袋出库时间、一次输血成功率及人工操作错误率。结果 两组管理后的一次交叉配血成功率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组管理后的血袋入库时间、血袋出库时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组管理过程中的人工操作错误率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05).
