[摘要]骨科植入物相关感染中形成生物膜的最常见致病菌是金黄色葡萄球菌。深入研究金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的形成过程，对骨科植入物相关感染的治疗至关重要。细菌黏附于宿主是形成生物膜的关键的第一步，成熟后的生物膜中细菌的生理状态会发生显著变化。总之，生物膜是结构复杂和功能协调的有机体。
