[摘要]目的 探讨恒温腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)联合全身静脉化疗治疗恶性腹水的效果及安全性。方法 选取2015年6月～2018年5月我院收治的80例恶性腹水患者，利用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组40例，对照组给予全身静脉化疗治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予恒温HIPEC治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 恒温HIPEC联合全身静脉化疗治疗恶性腹水安全有效。
