【摘要】 目的 探讨3D-TOF磁共振血管造影(MRA)成像在头部血管疾病中的临床应用价值。方法 采用GE 1.5 T 超导型磁共振对645例脑血管疾病患者进行常规MRI即MRA检查。结果 血管正常107例， 脑动脉硬化125例， 脑动脉栓塞376例， 脑动脉瘤26例， 脑动静脉血管畸形11例。结论 3D-TOF MRA成像是一种简便且无创伤性的检查手段， 具有较高的临床应用价值。
