【摘要】目的探讨应用腹腔镜治疗宫外孕的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2013年12月本院腹腔镜手术治疗48例宫外孕患者的临床资料。结果48例患者顺利完成手术, 手术时间35~135 min, 平均55 min, 腹腔出血量10~460 ml, 平均35 ml。结论对宫外孕患者应用腹腔镜进行治疗患者创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快, 值得临推广应用。

 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment method and clinical effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyzing clinical data of 48 cases of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital. Results There were 48 patients successfully completed operation, operation time was 35~135min, average 55 min, abdominal bleeding in 10~460 ml, average 35 ml. Conclusion Laparoscopy in the treatment of ctopic pregnanc has less trauma, less bleeding and faster postoperative recovery, so it is worthy of clinical promotion. ......
