【摘要】 目的 通过调查和分析本院超说明书用药情况， 为促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法 收集2012年7月～2013年12月本院处方点评、超说明书备案申请表、临时用药申请表等， 筛选出本院超说明书用药， 通过查阅文献对其合理性进行分析。结果 本院有8个药品存在超说明书用药， 其中5个药品为超适应证用药。结论 超说明书用药不可避免， 应尽快出台超说明书用药流程和标准， 促进合理用药。
