当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中国实用医药》 2015年第20期 编号：12593496 我院2013年PIVAS抗菌药物不合理医嘱分析 http://www.100md.com 2015年7月15日 中国实用医药 2015年第20期 静脉用药集中调配中心,不合理用药,药师   【摘要】 目的 分析2013年本院静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)抗菌药物不合理医嘱， 并与临床医生有效沟通， 以促进临床合理用药。方法 收集整理2013年本院PIVAS日常审方工作中抗菌药物不合理用药医嘱， 并进行回顾性分析。结果 本院2013年不合理抗菌药物用药医嘱占全年总调配抗菌药物医嘱的0.089%。不合理抗菌药物医嘱主要类型有：稀释浓度不当、给药频次不当、溶媒选择不当、毒性相加作用。结论 药师应针对抗菌药物用药医嘱中存在的问题， 为临床医生提供具体的用药指导， 以确保患者用药安全、有效。

 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze irrational antibacterial agents use prescriptions of pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS) in our hospital in 2013， and to make effective communication with clinical doctors， in order to accelerate clinical rational drug use. Methods Collection was made on irrational antibacterial agents use prescriptions of PIVAS in our hospital in 2013 for retrospective analysis. Results Irrational antibacterial agents use prescriptions in 2013 accounted as 0.089% in all antibacterial agents deployment prescriptions.
