【摘要】 目的 分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的首发症状。方法 65例SLE患者， 对其首发临床症状进行分析、总结。结果 SLE首发症状以发热(32.3%)、皮疹(20.0%)、关节炎或关节痛(20.0%)多见。结论 SLE首发症状具有多样性， 应重视早期诊断和治疗。

 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze initial symptom in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Initial symptoms in 65 SLE patients were analyzed and summarized. Results Main initial symptoms in SLE included fever (32.3%)， rash (20.0%)， and arthritis or arthralgia (20.0%). Conclusion Various initial symptoms in SLE requires attention for early diagnosis and treatment.
