【摘要】 目的 探讨超声在阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法 对282例疑诊阑尾炎患者进行超声检查， 将超声检查结果与术后病理结果对照。结果 超声检查阳性率为78.0 %。其中超声直接征象阳性率较低，为70.2%；化脓性阑尾炎、坏疽性阑尾炎直接征象阳性率高， 为93.8%；单纯性阑尾炎、慢性阑尾炎直接征象阳性率低， 为17.2%。结论 阑尾炎超声检查阳性率与阑尾炎不同病理类型有关， 高频探头对阑尾炎分型有意义。
