[摘要] 目的：观察尿囊素铝片对腹泻为主型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome， IBS)的临床疗效。方法：80例腹泻为主型IBS患者随机分为两组，每组40例，分别予尿囊素铝片(200 mg，3次/d)和枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊(500 mg，3次/d)，疗程2周，治疗7 d和14 d后询问并记录腹泻、腹痛和腹胀等症状的改善情况。结果：尿囊素铝片组的总有效率为85.0%，二联活菌肠溶胶囊组为72.5%，两组比较差异无统计学意义；尿囊素铝片治疗腹泻的疗效优于二联活菌肠溶胶囊；对腹痛、腹胀的疗效两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论：尿囊素铝片和二联活菌肠溶胶囊均对腹泻为主型IBS有效，但前者治疗腹泻的疗效优于后者。

Clinical efficacy of Glutamine aldioxa tablets in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Glutamine aldioxa tablets in the tredtment of diarrhea-predominant IBS. Methods： 80 patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS were divided into two groups randomly, 40 patients in each group. Glutamine aldioxa tablets (500 mg, tid) and Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus enteric capsules (500 mg, tid) were gaven for two weeks respectively. The improvement of diarrhea, abdominal pain and abdominal distertion were recorded at 7th and 14th day. Results: The overall efficacy of Glutamine aldioxa tablets group was 85.0%, and that of Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus enteric capsules group was 72.5%, no significant difference was found between the two groups; As to the improvement of diarrhea, Glutamine aldioxa tablets group was more effective than that of Bacillus subtilis and Enetrococcus enteric capsule group; with respect to the improvement of abdominal pain and abdominal distention, no significant difference was found between the two groups. Conclusion: Both Glutamine aldioxa tablets and Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus enteric capsules are effective in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant IBS, but Glutamine compound Enteric capsules is better in terms of diarrhea.
