[摘要] 目的：总结评价重建钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法：对29例31足跟骨骨折采用切开复位、重建钢板内固定治疗。结果：随访16～48周，平均22周。3例患者术后出现皮缘部分坏死，1例表浅感染，1例切口裂开。术后8～12周X线检查骨折均愈合。按Maryland足部评分标准，优19足，良8足，可3足，差1足，优良率为87%。结论：使用重建钢板治疗SandersⅡ型，Ⅲ型和部分Ⅳ型骨折临床效果满意，对部分Sanders Ⅳ型骨折能够重建跟骨的外形，为二次融合做良好的准备。

 The analysis of reconstructive plate in the treatment of intraarticular calcaneus fracture

 [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of reconstructive plate in the treatment of intraarticular calcaneus fracture. Methods: 29 cases with 31 foot underwent the open reduction reconstructive plate inner fixation surgery. Results: All patients were followed for 16-48 weeks, mean 22 weeks. 3 patients part incision skin necrosis, 1 patient superficial infection, 1 patient disruption of wound. After 8-12 weeks, the X-ray showed that all fractures were fusion. According to Maryland evaluation: 19 casesexcellent, 8 cases good, 3 cases fare, 1 cases poor. The rate of excellent and good was 87%.Conclusion: The open reduction reconstructive plate inner fixation surgery is good for SandersⅡ,Ⅲtype and part of Sanders Ⅳ type. To Sanders Ⅳ type fracture, the operation can reconstruct the shape of calcaneus, it is better for the patient who need fusion operation one day. ......
