  [摘è¦] 目的:测试自行研制撬压型钢æ¿èžºé’‰å†…固定治疗肩é”关节脱ä½çš„生物力学特性,为临床治疗æä¾›ç†è®ºä¾æ®ã€‚æ–¹æ³•ï¼šå–æ–°é²œå°¸ä½“肩关节带肱骨上åŠéƒ¨ã€é”骨和肩胛骨标本,制æˆè‚©é”å…³èŠ‚è„±ä½æ¨¡åž‹ï¼Œç”¨è‡ªè¡Œç ”制的撬压型钢æ¿å›ºå®šï¼Œå¹¶ä¸Žæ­£å¸¸ã€è‚©é”关节AOé’©é’¢æ¿ã€é’¢ä¸å›ºå®šè¿›è¡Œå¯¹ç…§æ¯”较。结果:肩é”关节脱ä½åŽï¼Œåº”用肩é”关节撬压型钢æ¿å›ºå®šçš„æ•ˆæžœä¼˜äºŽä¼ ç»Ÿçš„è‚©é”关节AOé’©é’¢æ¿å’Œé’¢ä¸ï¼Œä½†å°šæœªè¾¾åˆ°æ­£å¸¸ã€‚撬压型钢æ¿å†…固定符åˆè‚©é”关节的生物力学性能,能满足肩é”关节强度的需è¦ï¼Œç¬¦åˆäººä½“正常生ç†åŠŸèƒ½è¦æ±‚。临床应用撬压型钢æ¿å†…固定治疗肩é”关节脱ä½38例,éšè®¿8~24个月,优良率达94%。结论:撬压型钢æ¿å†…固定治疗肩é”关节脱ä½å…·æœ‰è‰¯å¥½çš„生物力学性能,且能达到解剖å¤ä½ã€æ“作简便ã€å›ºå®šç‰¢å›ºã€é€‚应早期功能锻炼的目的。

 Biomechanical analysis and clinical application of “pry and press†type plate in treating acromioclavicular dislocation

 [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the biomechanical characteristics of clinical application of self-developed "pry and press" type plate in treating acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods: Acromioclavicular dislocation models were simulated using fresh specimens of shoulder joint with proximal half part of humerus, clavicula and scapula. The models were fixed by self-developed "pry and press" plate. The fixation effect was compared with normal and fixed by AO claw plate of acromioclavicular joint and wire lock. Results: The fixation effect of "pry and press" type plate was better than other two fixation methods to treat the acrominoclavicular dislocation. However, it was worse than the effect of normal acromioclavicular joint. Thus, the implant of "pry and press" type plate fitted for the biomechanical properties of acromioclavicular joint which could meet the requirement of strength of acromioclavicular joint and could fit the requirement of normal physiological function of human body. Accordingly, 38 cases of acromioclavicular dislocation were treated with "pry and press" type plate,the excellent and good rate was 94% in follow-up studies of 8 to 24 months.
