  [摘要] 目的：探讨心理康复治疗对胃癌术后患者放疗心理状态的影响。方法：将60例胃癌术后放疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。两组均接受术后放疗治疗，观察组同时接受心理康复治疗，比较两组健康状况的变化。结果：心理康复治疗后，观察组SCL-90评分显著低于对照组，患者在人际关系、对他人的态度、偏执等不良情绪方面均明显优于对照组，患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义。结论：胃癌患者术后放疗的基础上心理康复治疗能改善患者的心理健康状况。

 The influence of psychological rehabilitative treatment on the psychological condition of patients with gastric surgical adjuvant radiotherapy

 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of psychological rehabilitative treatment on the psychological condition of patients with gastric surgical adjuvant radiotherapy. Methods: The 60 cases of gastric cancer after radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation and control groups, each group of 30 cases. Both groups received post-operative radiotherapy treatment, at the same time the observation group received psychological rehabilitative treatment, then compared the health status of the two groups. Results: The observation groups evaluation of SCL-90 and scale of anxiety and depression marks was lower than those of the control group. Differences between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: psychological rehabilitative treatment can improve the health status of the patients with gastric surgical adjuvant radiotherapy.

 放疗是用X线、γ线、电子线等放射线照射在癌组织，由于放射线的生物学作用，能最大量的杀伤肿瘤组织，破坏肿瘤组织，使其缩小[1]。这种疗法，是利用放射线对癌细胞的致死效果的疗法，由于足够的放射剂量仅是对被照射部位有治疗效果，与外科手术疗法相同为局部疗法。但放疗也对机体正常细胞造成不同程度的损伤，可能引起骨髓抑制、脱发、胃肠道反应、生育出现问题、性生活出现问题等不良反应，加上胃癌患者往往同时存在焦虑、抑郁、绝望、悲伤等心理障碍，从而影响患者对放疗的耐受能力，甚至终止放疗[2]。本研究旨在分析心理康复治疗对胃癌患者放疗心理的影响。

 1 资料与方法

 1.1 一般资料

 2005年1月～2007年12月在我科住院的胃癌术后患者60例，按照完全随机化方法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。其中,男42例，女18例；年龄30～70岁，平均(47.6±9.5)岁；文化程度：大专以上22例，中学28例，小学10例，无文盲。所有患者既往无焦虑、抑郁病史，放疗前无明显不良主诉。两组患者年龄、性别、文化程度、肿瘤分类等经统计学处理，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

 1.2 方法

 两组胃癌术后均进行放疗治疗,观察组患者同时进行心理康复治疗。内容包括：①积极的心理支持。给患者讲解相关的医学知识，在与患者的交谈中注意指导性，对患者提供相似疾病放疗成功的范例，努力帮助患者消除疑虑 ......
