[摘要] 目的：探讨儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的诊治方法。方法：采用自拟中医药汤剂对35例RRI在其缓解期辨证治疗，10 d为1个治疗阶段，每月2个治疗阶段为1个疗程。疗程结束后，门诊随访其呼吸道感染情况。结果：29例(82.9%)在疗程结束后再发呼吸道感染的次数明显减少，病程明显缩短，治疗费用显著降低。结论：中西医结合治疗RRI具有疗效确切，费用低廉，副作用少等优点。
