[摘要] 阴维脉是奇经八脉之一。古今以来文献对阴维脉的研究较少，对于其交会穴的研究不丰富。本文通过对阴维脉古今文献的分析总结，阴维脉交会穴的功效分析，结合《难经》“阴维维于阴”之条文，探讨阴维脉及其交会穴维护、联络的特点，以充实阴维脉经络理论，对临床起指导意义。

 Maintenance and protection function of yin link channel

 [Abstract] As one of the Eight extraordinary channels, yin link channel has not been researched comprehensively. The study of its crossing points is not thorough enough for the meridian and collateral theory. The authors summarized the ancient and modern literature related to yin link channel and analysed the effect of the crossing points in order to explain the meaning of "yin link channel maintains yin part" in Nanjing. It reveals that the yin link channel and its crossing points have the function of maintenance and protection.
