  [摘要] 目的 探讨银黄颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎的临床疗效。 方法 回顾分析2009年6月～2011年6月我院收治的99例急慢性咽炎患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采用西药治疗，观察组给予银黄颗粒治疗。7 d后观察并比较两组患者的症状、体征总积分，症状、体征改善以及不良反应发生情况。 结果 对照组和观察组的治疗前的积分分别为(17.94±4.53)、(18.21±5.01)分，治疗后积分分别为(5.32±3.06)、(3.02±2.38)分，两组治疗后的积分情况明显优于治疗前(P 0.05)。 结论 银黄颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎临床疗效显著，不良反应少，不易反复发作，值得在临床推广应用。

 [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Yinhuang Particles for treating with the acute and chronic pharyngitis. Methods The clinical data of 99 patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.
