  [摘要] 目的 比较不同浓度罗哌卡因等比重腰麻在剖宫产术中的麻醉效果。 方法 将180例行剖宫产手术孕妇随机分为A组、B组及C组，每组各60例，分别给予0.75%、0.50%和0.30%的等比重罗哌卡因进行腰麻，比较三组在剖宫产术中的麻醉效果、感觉运动阻滞情况及不良反应发生率。 结果 A组、B组及C组麻醉优良率分别为91.7%、90.0%和56.7%，A、B组显著优于C组(P 0.05)；A组及B组感觉运动阻滞起效时间、痛觉阻滞时间显著优于C组(P 0.05)；三组感觉阻滞平面比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；A组、B组及C组不良反应发生率分别为16.6%、15.0%和13.4%，三组比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 0.5%罗哌卡因等比重腰麻可满足剖宫产手术的要求，具有麻醉起效时间快、不良反应少的特点。

 Effect comparison on the different concentrations of isobaric Ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia in cesarean section

 [Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of different concentrations of isobaric Ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods 180 cases scheduled for cesarean section were randomly divided into group A (0.75% Ropivacaine), group B (0.50% Ropivacaine) and group C (0.30% Ropivacaine), with 60 cases each in group. Anesthetic effect, motor block, sensory block and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among three groups. Results Excellent and good rate were 91.7%, 90.0% and 56.7% in group A, group B and group C, of which much higher in group A and group B than group C (P 0.05); the onset time of motor and sensory block and the duration of sensory in group A and group B were shorter than that of group C (P 0.05); there were no significantly difference of incidence of adverse reactions among three groups (16.6% vs 15.0% vs 13.4%) (P > 0.05). Conclusion 0.5% isobaric Ropivacaine meets the needs of cesarean section because of faster anesthetic effect time and less adverse reactions ......
