  [摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者血清apelin水平变化及与其他相关代谢和临床生化指标的关系。 方法 选择2009年10月~2011年6月于我院门诊做产前检查的孕妇76名，其中妊娠期糖尿病患者(GDM组)30 例，糖耐量异常者(GIGT组)21例，糖耐量正常者(NGT组) 25例。测定血清 apelin、血脂、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素(FINS)，计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。 结果 血清apelin水平NGT组为(248.00±45.40)ng/L，GIGT组为(301.00±45.32)ng/L，GDM组为(353.00±72.13)ng/L，GIGT组和GDM组的含量高于NGT组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者血清apelin水平升高，可能参与了妊娠期糖尿病病理性胰岛素抵抗的发生。

 Analysis of apelin level and related factors in gestational diabetic patients

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the change of plasma apelin of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and the relationship between plasma apelin，insulin resistance (IR)，inflammation，change of the body weight. Methods 76 pregnants in the Cential Hospital of Taian from October 2009 to June 2011 were recruited. normal group (NGT) 25 cases, impaired glucose tolerance group (GIGT) 21 cases and gestational diabetes mellitus group (GDM) 30 cases were selected. The plasma levels of apelin, blood fat, fasting plasma glucose, fasting insulin level, IR index (HOMA-IR) and blood pressure were measured in each group. Data were analyzed by variable correlation. Results The apelin level in the NGT group, GIGT group and the GDM group increased gradually [(248±45.40) ng/L, (301±45.32) ng/L, (353±72.13) ng/L], apelin in serum of GIGT and GDM groups was higher than NGT group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).
