[摘要] 近年来，关于中医“治未病”的研究重心已经由“逆针”转向“逆灸”。两者具有相同点，又各有优势，本文将从艾灸预处理的作用机制、对运动系统的影响、对神经系统的影响和对心血管系统的影响等6个方面来展示近10年来关于艾灸预处理的实验研究成果。

 Experimental research progress of the moxibustion pretreatment in recent ten years

 [Abstract] In recent years, the focus of preventive medicine in the TCM has shifted from acupuncture pretreatment to moxibustion pretreatment, both of which have similarities, and each has an advantage. This paper will show the experimental research results of the moxibustion pretreatment in the past ten years through the mechanism of the moxibustion pretreatment, and its effects on six aspects such as the system of sports, the nervous system and the cardiovascular system.
