[摘要] 医学生核心能力是医学专业学生在完成医疗卫生活动中所必备的个性心理特征的综合，主要由语言交流能力、自我学习能力、问题解决能力和医学职业人格四部分构成，在医学生能力体系中居于核心地位，其发展受到学校教育、实践活动、非智力因素的影响。

 Discussion on the core-competence of medical students in new situation

 [Abstract] Core-competence is an essential mental characteristic of medical students when they take part in medical activities, which is consist of communicative ability, self-study ability, problem solving ability and medical professional personality. It plays a core role in the competence system of medical students and it is influenced by school education, practical activity and nonintellectual factor.
