新医改形势下公立医院人力资源管理的探讨(工作探讨)

  [摘要] 新医改形势下人力资源管理改革在公立医院改革试点中的地位越来越重要,新医改政策为公立医院人事改革搭建了广阔的平台,人力资源管理面临空前的机遇与挑战。本文浅析了目前湖南省14家市级三级公立医院人力资源管理的现状,探讨新医改形势下公立医院人力资源管理的改革思路。

 Discussion on the human resource management of public hospitals under the implementation of the new medical reform

 [Abstract] After the implementation of the new medical reform program, human resources management reform is becoming more and more important in the reform of public hospitals; public hospitals are faced with various challenges and opportunities from human resource management, while the new medical reform policies have built a broad platform for the reform of the personnel system in public hospitals.
