  [摘要] 目的 观察温中健脾立法的复方中药治疗高寒地区脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。 方法 将脾胃虚寒型的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者86例分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(44例)。治疗组给予经验方(人参、白术、肉桂、砂仁、连翘、枳壳、厚朴、当归、山药、炙甘草)治疗，对照组口服抗癌平丸治疗，两组均治疗12周后复查胃镜，参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》进行疗效评定。 结果 治疗组显效26例(61.90%)，有效12例(28.57%)，无效4例(9.52%)，总有效率为90.48%；对照组显效22例(50%)，有效16例(36.36%)，无效6例 (13.64%)，总有效率为86.36%。两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。两组在治疗期间均无明显不良反应。 结论 黑龙江省地处高寒，慢性萎缩性胃炎以脾胃虚寒型居多，治以温中健脾和胃可改善症状和促进胃黏膜修复，减轻活动性炎症及肠化和非典型增生等病理变化，对防治胃癌的发生有重大意义。

 The curative effect of method of invigorating spleen to warm middle warmer on chronic atrophic gastritis belonging to type of deficiency-old of both spleen and stomach

 [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect on compound Chinese medicine of warming middle-Jiao and invigorating spleen in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold in cold area. Methods 86 patients with CAG with syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold were divided into treatment group (42 cases) and control group (44 cases). Treatment group was treated by method of warming middle-Jiao and invigorating spleen and control group was treated by Kangaiping Pill. The changes of clinical symptoms scores and pathological scores were observed, and the gastroscope was taken after treatment for 12 weeks. Results The clinical symptoms and pathological score after treatment obviously decreased. But there was no difference between two groups in the total effective rate (90.48% vs 86.36%，P > 0.05). Conclusion Syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold is the most type of chronic atrophic gastritis in Heilongjiang province. Chinese medicine of warming and invigorating spleen has definite effect on chronic atrophic gastritis with syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold, and can improve clinical symptoms and gastroscopic findings ......
