  [摘要] 目的 探讨多元护理干预对食管癌患者心理状况的影响。 方法 将100例食管癌手术患者随机分为干预组50例和对照组50例，对照组采用常规护理，干预组在进行常规治疗、护理的同时给予多元护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定两组患者的心理状况，并比较两组患者术后疼痛评分。 结果 两组患者焦虑、抑郁水平在入院时比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，术前 1 d和术后 3 d干预组评分明显低于对照组(t = 3.21、4.55、3.27、3.96，P 0.05).
