[摘要] 说明书是指导临床合理用药的重要参考依据，文字表述应科学、规范、准确，而注射用灯盏花素说明书过于简单、滞后，已不能满足临床需要。本文分析和探讨了注射用灯盏花素说明书中的用法用量、注意事项、药物相互作用等方面存在的问题及产生原因，针对性地提出了一些建议，希望企业高度重视药品说明书的重要性，对注射用灯盏花素说明书要适时更新，保证其说明书的质量，进而更好地服务于临床，确保患者用药安全、有效。

 [Abstract] Specification is the important reference to guide clinical rational drug use, the formulation of specification should be scientific, standardized and accurate, but the specification for Breviscarpin Injection is too simple and lag, which can not satisfy the clinical needs.
