[摘要] 子宫内膜异位症迄今为止病因未明。CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7生物轴可调节子宫内膜干细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭,有可能成为诊治子宫内膜异位症的新靶点。本文就近年来国内外研究CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7生物轴在子宫内膜异位症发生和发展过程中的作用进行综述。

[Abstract] The etiology of endometriosis has not beeh known clearly so far. CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7 biological axis can regulate the proliferation, migration and invasion of endometrial stem cells, which may become a new target for diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis. This article reviews the role of CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7 biological axis in the occurrence and development of endometriosis at home and abroad in recent years.
