摘要论述翁维良教授对心脏室壁瘤的病证结合辨证思路、治法治则及处方用药特点，介绍一例心脏室壁瘤患者为时两年门诊治疗的典型病例，对临诊病例进行分析，总结翁维良教授对心脏室壁瘤的治疗经验。

 AbstractThis paper is to discuss professor Weng Weiliang′s dialectical thinking， therapeutic principle and medication features in treating ventricular aneurysm and to introduce a typical case of a patient with cardiac ventricular aneurysm who had twoyear outpatient treatment and analyze the cases to sum up experience of professor Weng Weiliang in the treatment of ventricular aneurysm.
