摘要目的：觀察温肾化浊、逐瘀通络为主治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年2月至2016年2月在广东省东莞市虎门中医院内科门诊确诊和住院后出院转门诊的糖尿病肾病患者60例，采用随机单盲数字分组法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。温肾化浊为对照组、逐瘀通络组为观察组。治疗3个月后，观察2组患者治疗前后生化指标、症状积分，比较2组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后2组FBG、HbA1C和TG等指标均有改善，2组患者治疗前后HbAlc、TG、24 h尿蛋白定、UAER比较差异有统计学意义(P005)。治疗后2组组间比较，观察组24 h尿蛋白定明显减少，差异有统计学意义(P, http://www.100md.com
