摘要 目的：探討针刺联合低温冲击法结合康复训练对鼻咽癌(NPC)放疗患者颈部肌肉纤维化和生命质量的影响。方法：选取2016年1月至2016年12月我院收治的52例NPC放疗患者作为研究对象，按其治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组26例，对照组患者在鼻咽癌放疗常规治疗上予以低温冲击法和康复训练治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗，2组患者均治疗4周，治疗结束后比较2组患者其劲爆肌肉纤维化的发生情况、生命质量以及其他并发症的发生情况。结果：1)观察组患者其颈部肌肉纤维化程度明显较对照组轻，比较差异间具有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with low-temperature impact and rehabilitation training on cervical muscle fibrosis and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy.Methods：Fifty-two patients with NPC radiotherapy from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to their treatment. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment with low-temperature impact and rehabilitation training. Patients in the observation group were additionally treated with acupuncture. All the patients received 4-week treatment.
