摘要 目的：探讨益气补肾止喘汤联合西药对小儿哮喘的疗效及对血清ET-1、NO、CEC水平的影响。方法：选取2014年1月至2015年9月郑州市第一人民医院收治的小儿支气管哮喘患者158例，隨机分为对照组和观察组，每组79例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联用益气补肾止喘汤，2组均连续治疗3个月。统计2组临床总有效率；比较2组治疗前后肺功能指标及血清ET-1、NO、CEC水平的变化；治疗后随访1年，比较2组哮喘发作情况。结果：观察组临床总有效率96.20%，显著高于对照组的75.95%，差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 Observation on Clinical efficacy of Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine for Infantile Asthma and Its Effects on Serum ET-1， NO， CEC

 Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan Decoction combined with western medicine in treating infantile asthma and its effects on serum ET-1， NO， CEC levels.Methods：A total of 158 cases children with asthma were divided into control group and observation group， with 79 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， while the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan Decoction. Patients in the two groups were all treated for 3 months.
