摘要 丹参酮ⅡA是中药丹参中主要有效活性成分，能通过多种机制等发挥保护心血管系统的作用。文中总结了近年来科研工作者对丹参酮ⅡA对心血管系统的保护作用的基础研究，为丹参酮ⅡA更广泛应用于临床心脑血管等疾病的治疗提供保障。
