摘要 目的：探讨康复训练与舒筋活血洗剂联用对踝关节骨折术后关节功能恢复及炎性因子的影响。方法：选取2015年10月至2016年9月昆明市中医医院收治的踝关节骨折并行手术治疗患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组48例，对照组术后进行常规康复训练，观察组在对照组的基础上联合舒筋活血洗剂熏蒸治疗。比较2组患者治疗后关节肿胀程度；采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定2组患者疼痛度；采用Baird踝关节评分、AOFAS后足评分评定2组关节功能恢复情况；检测并比较2组患者治疗前后炎性因子水平变化。结果：与术后当天比较，治疗后2组关节肿胀评分及VAS评分均显著降低(P, http://www.100md.com

 Abstract Objective： To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training combined with Shujin Huoxue Lotion on functional recovery and inflammatory factors in patients with ankle joint fractures. Methods： Ninety-six patients with ankle joint fractures and underwent surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training， while the treatment group was additionally treated with Shujin Huoxue Lotion Fumigation. The joint swelling condition was compared between the two groups after the treatment. The pain degree of two groups was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS)； the Baird ankle score and AOFAS hind foot score were used to evaluate the recovery of joint function.
