摘要 探索转化医学理念在循证针灸学中的应用与针灸临床证据转化的模式和路径。通过简述转化医学的理念及分型，结合中医学的特点及二者关联性，分析针灸临床证据转化的自身特点。从丰富理论、指导临床实践、社区推广和产品转化四个方面阐述了针灸临床证据转化思路及相关范例。总结了一条基于中医理论的从循证针灸学角度出发，多路径综合链接的针灸临床证据转化路线。
