摘要： 目的：观察年轻恒牙牙髓尖周病患者牙髓切断术的临床疗效。方法：将40例年轻恒牙牙髓尖周病患者临床牙髓切断术治疗资料进行分析。结果：总有效率达96%，患儿术后效果较好，上颌牙疗效好于下颌牙。结论：延长患牙的保存时间，达到消除感染或控制炎症的目的，扩大乳牙保留范围，尽力将患牙保存至替换期。
