摘要： 目的： 探讨腰椎疾患的诊断和治疗方法。 方法： 分析病因病理，根据其临床表现和检查结果进行诊断，腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎管狭窄症采取手术治疗和非手术治疗的治疗措施。结论：随着椎间盘镜技术的发展，椎间盘微创手术正走向成熟，它具有安全性高、损伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少的特点。
