【摘要】目的：探讨心肌缺血的心电图表现及诊断价值。方法：对我院收治的40例心肌缺血患者心电图诊断表现进行分析。结果：水平的或向下斜型ST段下移，在J点(QRS波和ST段交界处)以后的80ms处至少下移0.1mV。结论：心电图是最经常用于检测心肌缺血的方法，因为它很容易获得，成本低，并且易于应用。

 【Abstract】Object： Electrocardiogram performance and diagnosis values of myocardial ischemia are to be investigated. Methods： Electrocardiogram diagnosis performance of 40 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia who treated in our hospital was selected for analysis.
