【摘要】目的：探讨急性心包炎的心电图诊断表现。方法：对36例急性心包炎患者心电图诊断资料进行分析。结果：心电图示低电压、ST-T的改变而QT间期不延长等有利于前者的诊断。结论：心电图的基本改变有心外膜下心室肌和心房肌广泛损伤或缺血引起的ST-T改变、P-R段改变和心包内存在渗出物或心包增厚电流短路引起的 QRS波群低电压。

 【Abstract】Object： Diagnostic performance of electrocardiogram of acute pericarditis is to be investigated. Methods： Diagnostic data of electrocardiogram of 36 cases of patients with acute pericarditis were selected for analysis. Results： Low voltage showed in electrocardiogram， changes in ST-T and no extension of QT interval will be helpful to diagnosis of the former.
