【摘 要】目的：探讨临床护理在乳腺癌术后的应用效果。方法：选取20例乳腺癌患者进行术后心理护理、功能锻炼、伤口护理及并发症的预防。结果：20例乳腺癌患者中13例行改良根治术，7例行扩大根治术均未发生并发症，术后恢复较好，1例未随访。结论：术后护理对患者的生存质量、减少并发症起着非常重要的作用。
