【摘要】目的 探讨结肠癌致急性肠梗阻中的CT征象及诊断价值。方法 回顾分析9例结肠癌致急性肠梗阻患者的CT表现。结果 9例患者中，CT表现为软组织肿块6例，肠壁增厚2例，肠腔狭窄1例，均有肠梗阻近段肠腔扩张、积气、积液表现。结论 根据特异性的影像学表现，螺旋CT能较为准确地诊断结肠癌所致的急性肠梗阻.

 【Abstract】 Objective To discuss T diagnostic value ofcolon cancer causedcute intestinal obstruction. Methods retrospective analysis of 9 cases of CT manifestation of patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer. Results among these 9 cases , 6 cases CT performance for soft tissue mass, bowel wall thickening in 2 cases, stenosis lumen in 1 case, all have intestinal obstruction in recent period of expansion, pneumatosis, lumen effusion. Conclusion according to the imaging findings of specificity, spiral CT can accurately diagnose acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.
