  【摘要】目的：通过多中心临床研究的方式，分析双丹明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：于2012年2月到2014年2月，在我市A医院、B医院以及C医院分别选取60例糖尿病视网膜病变患者，均采用双丹明目胶囊进行治疗，比较三家医院患者的临床疗效。结果：A、B、C三家医院患者治疗的总有效率分别为96.7%、95.0%以及98.3%，三家医院患者治疗的总有效率之间两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：双丹明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变，具有非常显著的临床疗效，大多数患者均能够得到很好的治疗，该治疗方法具有在临床上推广应用的深远价值。

 【Abstract】Objective: through the clinical research center, analysis the clinical curative effect of Shuangdan Mingmu capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: from 2012 February to 2014 February were selected, 60 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy in my A hospital, B hospital and C hospital, use of Shuangdan Mingmu capsules for treatment, comparison of three hospital patients.
