当前位置: 首页 期刊 《医学美学美容·中旬刊》 2014年第6期 编号：12719548 两种麻醉方式用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术48例的比较 http://www.100md.com 2014年6月1日 《医学美学美容·中旬刊》 2014年第6期 静脉全麻醉静脉复合硬膜外麻醉腹腔镜胆囊切除术   【摘要】目的：比较静脉全麻和静脉全麻复合硬膜外麻醉用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的麻醉效果。方法：选择2008年1月至2010年1月我院择期LC病人48例，随机均分为静脉全麻(对照组)24例和静脉全麻复合硬膜外麻醉(观察组)24例，观察两组患者血流动力学变化，全麻药总量及术毕苏醒时间。结果：两组患者术中血流动力学变化无显著性差异；观察组所用的麻醉药总量明显小于对照组。结论：观察组较对照组行LC术中血流动力学稳定，静脉麻醉药总量较少，术后苏醒较快，且经济安全。
