【摘要】目的：探讨高血压患者的防治及社区护理干预的康复效果。方法：对270例患者进行饮食、运动、心理、应用药物的护理和对其进行健康宣教。结果：患者血压控制良好。结论：精心的社区护理和有效的防治是减少或延迟高血压并发症的关键。

 【Abstract】Objective： To explore the prevention and rehabilitation effect of community nursing intervention in patients with essential hypertension. Methods： in 270 patients with diet， exercise， psychological nursing， medicine and the health education. Results： Patients with good blood pressure control. Conclusion： the key to reduce or delay the complications of hypertension is careful and effective prevention and control of community nursing.
