【摘 要】 在我看来，冠心病的护理过程应从临床护理和心理护理两方面进行，方能对患者的病情起到有效缓解和稳定的作用，改善患者的生活质量。静脉溶栓是近年来治疗急性心肌梗死的重要方法之一。掌握溶栓后护理规律，对提高病情观察的预见性及准确性有十分重要的意义。

 【Abstract】 in my opinion， the nursing process of coronary heart disease should be carried out in two aspects： clinical nursing and psychological nursing， and can effectively alleviate and stabilize the patient’s condition and improve the quality of life of patients. Intravenous thrombolysis is one of the important methods in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in recent years. To master the law of nursing after thrombolysis is very important to improve the prediction and accuracy of the disease.
