【摘 要】 目的：分析弥漫浸润型胃癌内镜特征，提高诊断率。 方法：分析46例弥漫浸润型胃癌临床、内镜及病理资料。 结果：弥漫浸润型胃癌以上腹隐痛、纳差、腹胀为主要表现；浸润胃体四壁最多，粘膜粗大、糜烂；胃腔缩窄、动力明显障碍。 结论：弥漫浸润型胃癌生长特殊，反复取活检，结合相关检查有助于确诊。
