【摘 要】 目的 探究精细化管理在健康体检中的应用方式及价值。方法 将精细化管理理念应用在体检工作中，对体检中的每个环节进行细致化管理。结果 在体检中运用精细化管理，能有效提高医院的医疗质量及服务水平，得到广泛好评。讨论 在体检中应用精细化管理是体检行业顺应时代的需求，不断提高自身水平的一项重要举措。
