【摘 要】 目的 探讨结石性胆囊炎并糖尿病老年病人的围手术期处理方法。 方法 回顾性分析四川省监狱管理局中心医院普通外科1998年1月至2010年12月收治的34例结石性胆囊炎并糖尿病老年病人的临床资料。 结果 全组无手术死亡病例，术后2—3天肠道功能恢复，无酮症酸中毒发生，均全愈。 结论 对结石性胆囊炎并糖尿病的老年病人围手术期应该用胰岛素控制血糖，同时避免低血糖症发生，充分做好术前准备和术后管理，则会达到理想的治疗效果。
