【摘 要】 [目的]对古今文献中昆仑穴治疗的疼痛类疾病进行系统的分析。[方法]通过检索古籍文献和一些临床医家的经验，对昆仑穴治疗疼痛类的疾病加以总结并对其镇痛机理进行简单分析。[结果]总结归纳出昆仑穴治疗的疼痛类疾病，证明昆仑穴治疗疼痛类疾病效果明显。[结论]昆仑穴镇痛疗效明显，临床应灵活运用。
