【摘 要】 目的：观察葛根素注射液治疗缺血性心脑血管病的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照的方法，分为治疗组23例和对照组20例，治疗组予以葛根素注射液静脉注射，对照组予以溶栓疗法，扩张心脑血管，改善脑细胞功能等常规治疗。结果：葛根素注射液在治疗缺血性心脑血管病方面疗效优于常规西药治疗，且无副作用。结论：葛根素是一种疗效确切而治疗安全的治疗缺血性心脑血管病的药物，值得临床推广使用。
