【摘 要】 讨论合理和正确的胸腔闭式引流保养在肿瘤病人脓胸术中的临床作用。行胸腔闭式引流术，是将脓液赶快排出，减轻中毒表现，避免病变播散，做好肿瘤病人脓胸的胸腔闭式引流术后的护理工作，能防止和减轻并发症，促进患者顺利康复。
