【摘 要】 目的：提高头颈外科护理带教水平，保障护理安全，提高实习生的学习质量。方法：针对头颈外科实际工作的特点，应用鱼骨图分析了42名护生在头颈外科带教中的问题，制定了相应的对策。结果：头颈外科临床护理教学质量有所提高。

 【Objective】 to improve the level of teaching head and neck surgery nursing， nursing safety， improve the quality of internship study. Methods： according to the characteristics of the practical work of head and neck surgery， fishbone diagram is used to analyze the problems in teaching of 42 escort was born in head and neck surgery， formulate the corresponding countermeasures. Results： the head and neck surgery clinical nursing teaching quality improved.
